And we have movement! Lias walked across the room this morning, taking 13 steps (yes, of course I'm a new mom since I counted them). He gained lots of confidence doing that and has been walking all over this afternoon.

Happy Birthday, Lias!
I'm not sure where an entire year has gone, but my teeny tiny baby has grown into an energetic toddler.
Lias can say "baby" "mum-mum" "da-da" "uh-oh" "duck" "hi" "up" "yes" and "no"
He can sign "more" "thank you" and "please"
He has taken 5 steps but refuses to believe he can walk.
His favorite toy of the moment is the fourwheeler we got him for his birthday. He can't figure out how to make it go, but he'll climb on and sit there forever!
Happy Birthday, little man. You're growing up too fast!

Friday, June 20 - Playing
While I made Lias' birthday cake today, he stirred his own imaginary concoction.This morning, as I was cleaning up, Lias played with the ball and hoop for a full 20 minutes! It was amazing!
Wednesday, June 18 - Bubbles
Daddy got the bubbles out this afternoon and blew them at Lias. He had mixed feelings about these wet things on his face.
Monday, June 16 - Watching Dad
Lias watched Dad trim the front flowerbeds today. He pointed and waved the entire time.
Friday, June 14 - Swimming!
Aunt Lori bought Lias these adorable swim trunks. Lias is excited about swimming!
