Elias was SO excited to get out of his life jacket that he clapped as hard as he could and wouldn't stop smiling.
We left the car at the endpoint of the creek and the truck at the beginning. That way, the boys didn't have to paddle against the current and we got to see something new the whole time.

This log was laying across the creek. Aaron and Shwaun picked up the canoe, with me and Lias in it, and lifted it over this log.
Elias is his life jacket. It was hard at first for him to sit up, but he finally got the hang of it.
Freedom is chewing on a lighter fluid bottle. Like we always say, she's the smartest dog we have!
